Tiger optical illusion solved
Some Instagram users also praised the forest ranger whose camera trap made it possible to see the tiger for the first time in seven years.
According to Sanctuary Asia, forest guard Zakhuma Don set up a camera trap to capture the picture. Veteran conservationist Zakhuma has spent a lot of time patrolling the forests of Dampa. They installed the camera trap in February and picked it up in mid-May. He sent the picture of the tiger to the concerned authorities for verification after discovering the pictures taken by him. Sanctuary Asia reported that the Wildlife Institute of India’s Department of Endangered Species Management “finally confirmed that Zakhuma did indeed photograph a tiger in Dampa.”
